DAY THREE
Excellent work for getting to Day Three!
It might feel like there are some shifting of energies in the mind and body assimilating this new information so a little reminder to pace these days in your own time and consider doing each day twice to observe what new realisations appear!

How Do You Speak To Yourself?
The third day of this course is looking at the disempowering conversations that are looping through your mind on an everyday occurence - the repetitive narratives and responses that keep the identity of disempowerment well and truly thriving!
This aspect is so engrained so you are absolutely needing your vigilant hat on! Observe observe observe!
///
An example for you: When I was in thought about creating this short course I initially had much mind chatter over whether I should do it - the looping of ‘Is it worth doing? / Do I have capacity to sort this out? / It probably won’t get interest / What’s the point? / Is this worth something to someone? / Maybe it’s just information for me and not for a course / so on and so forth!
All this old chatter of overthinking and doubting my own inner knowing that the knowledge and wisdom is sure to support others and that my true empowered self wouldn’t ever question it!
This example was about a very specific idea but our disempowering thinking can be very subtle and fleeting like our posture narratives that we can easily miss and don’t consider the affect it has on our own centred empowered self - little by little these fragment our wholeness!
Ponder and identify the following in your journal:
_____________
Reflection Prompts for You Today:
Take note of any disempowering mind chatter - choose to be vigilant for a few hours in the day to notice any thoughts that feel or sound disempowering to you - it could just be a word or a whole narrative of thoughts
Also notice if other people’s words / tone of voice create a disempowering response in you - this is not about pointing the finger outside of yourself but it is observing where we have have habits of shrinking through sound and words
Notice what they do to your body / sensations / mood / demeanour

Embodiment Exercise for You Today:
This is a repeat embodiment exercise from Day Two but this time the Ignite the Opposite! is in response to your disempowered thoughts:
Ignite the Opposite! When you sense the disempowerment trigger use a counter-balance power gesture or posture in that moment of shrinking - it could be a fist pump or hands on hips or puff the chest out with a voice command of ‘Empower!’ / ‘I’ve got this'! / ‘Yes! Yes! Yes! or a squeeze of the leg muscles to feel your strength - whatever feels right for you but it has to be a quick empowered gesture or posture to interrupt the old pattern.
Note any observations of difference when doing this over the day
_______________
Reminder! A loving embrace to yourself for completing Day Three!
“I am taking control of my experiences each day with determination and knowing that I can create a postive difference”
