A Five Day Written Self -Reflective Course for identifying disempowering habits and embodying your true empowerment by initiating new ways of thinking, speaking and acting to feel the way you want to feel.

The course will ask the following:

How Do You Identify Yourself?

How Do You Embody Yourself?

How Do You Speak To Yourself?

You will be exploring what you currently feel versus what you want to feel and the subtle nuances of thought and behaviour that sabotage your true sense of self and then anchoring in your empowered self by choosing differently and strength training your mind body for the good.

Day One: How do you perceive / view yourself?

Day Two: How do you embody yourself / postures / gestures?

Day Three: How do you speak to yourself / mind loops of chatter?

Day Four: Creation of your empowered identity

Day Five: Final Day! Focused plan of action to ground & embody

Any change takes diligent and committed work - this is a muscle to train - your neural pathways and body need recognition of new empowered habits - You Can Do This!

Each day you will have written and embodiment practices and there is optional open commenting available to share any realisations and reflections - I will be there for encouragement and questions along the way!
